This is a Soviet officer's dress tunic (??????) introduced under the 1943 uniform reform.

The raspberry piping indicates Infantry branch service, and the tunic is for a field-grade officer. Both the collar tabs and cuff insignia are well preserved. The jacket is original; the riding breeches are reproduction.
