Soviet Russian NR-2 Scout Knife, with leg strap & box, NOS, Extremely Rare, HTF

  

Scored this many years ago, a prized possession among of my collection of mid 80's Soviet militaria. If you know what it is, you know its tough to find, particularly in one piece, and in good shape.

Not certain of its exact date of manufacture, believe these were produced in the Tula plant and were adapted into a "scout knife" from the Soviet NRS "shooting" knife when it was deemed an impractical system. This one is in excellent shape, appears to have never been issued or used and with its original box.
