In 1968 these watches received Big Gold Medal on Leipzig Fair. This Watch is a copy of Zenith cal. The Soviet copy has been Obtained even Better of its original. The Mechanical 22 Ruby Jewels Precision Movement USSR Wristwatches "VOSTOK".

It is undoubtedly the best Soviet Wristwatches ever made. The Soviet Movement retained all of the key features and characteristics of the Zenith cal.

Nevertheless the Soviet watchmakers sought to improve the Swiss design, by adding 3 Additional Jewels, to arrive at the current 22-Jewel Movement.
