RUSSIAN MILITARY WATCH RADIO ROOM DIVER AMPHIBIAN VOSTOK USSR SOVIET Box & Paper

  
A 1990 vintage very rare large Russian men's military Radio Room wristwatch made by the Vostok (Boctok) watch factory, the makers of Soviet military watches. Vostok means East in Russian. It has a revolving bezel and a screw-down crown. The watch is in very good condition New Old Stock (please see photos for visual condition). For 3 minutes in every 15 minutes the radio operator will listen for SOS calls, this is why the watch dial has red 3 minute markers.

It is a mechanical wind-up watch and is working very well keeping very good time. The watch comes with its original box and paper, case back has matching number with the paper. In English this means'Made in USSR'. Below the 12 is the word Albatross written in Russian.

On the back is the word Amphibian, it also says the watch is waterproof to a depth of 200m. It has not been checked to see if this watch is water-proof.
