He was born in 1918 and also participated in the Finland War from 1/12/1939 to 14/03/1940 as per archive WW2 Second class P atriotic Order award notes attached. This order was awarded for the combat fight where he personally killed 7 enemies and 60 were killed in other battles.It is quite rare to come across this type of award. D uring the WW II, Lieutenant Esoyn Arminak Mkrtichevich fought as part of the South Front. He subsequently became a Police.
