SKS / AK / Saiga front sight adjustment tool. This is a high quality precise instrument. It supposed to be used not by individual soldiers but rather by the specialists in the armory of large units. One mark on the gauge results in 0.8cm point of impact shift for SKS and 1.0cm for its successor. If you want to see if it would fit your rifle please google : "-1 " and see photos. I have listed it as new as I've removed it from the conservation (cosmoline, paper, the whole thing) but I can't guarantee that it was never used in the last 60 years.
