Telephone sockets are glued into the helmet at ear level. The mask is pressed against the diver's face with straps with buckles that allow them to adjust their tension. The sight glass is equipped with a wiper to remove moisture droplets when fogging.

Flanged recesses are provided under the viewing glass, which make it possible to hold the nose while equalizing the pressure in the middle ear cavity. The valve box of the breathing apparatus (IED breathing machine) is attached using a nipple cap nut.

On the inside, a breathing half mask is attached to the nipple, equipped with microphone sockets. Unlike the UGK-1, the helmets of the UGK-2 and UGK-3 wetsuits are equipped with a rubberized airtight lock that allows you to open the helmet after going to the surface and breathe atmospheric air.
