Information bulletin - embassy of the union of Soviet socialist republics (USSR-Russia). Issued Washington DC November 1945. Each issue 8 pages, each with numerous black-and-white photos scattered throughout. Ephemeral publications written and produced by the Russian embassy much of it essentially propaganda to promote the virtues of the country. One of the issues has a front page article featuring Kalinin's 70th birthday while another gives a transcript of Molotov's November 6 speech. One entire issue is devoted to the holding of elections and all the rules and regulations around it. All were folded for mailing, each issue retains the original Paper address mailing label.
