HELIOS 44-2 2/58 Lens M42 - Based on Zeiss Biotar. The Rarest Version of the Helios 44-2 with Russian LOGO. Take pictures with much better sharpness and contrast than standard versions of the Helios 44-2 Lenses. Serial number: 8467046 - Made in USSR by. Will fit to all M42 screw-mount 35mm MF (Manual Focus) SLR film cameras, also for DSLR and Mirrorless micro 4/3 system cameras with the use of adapters M42 to: Pentax, Canon, Nikon, Sony Alpha NEX, Olympus, Panasonic: Lumix DMC-G1, DMC-GH1, DMC-GF1, DMC-G2, DMC-G10, Epson, Samsung, Minolta, Yashica and many others.

Condition: New, Unused surplus in Excellent condition. Glass is clean and clear, no scratches, no dust inside, no fungus. The iris blades is free of oil (it is very important for all lenses - the blades must be free of oil).

The diaphragm-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. The focusing is smooth and precise.

The iris blades must be absolutely free of oil, not acceptable even a little oil because this - "a little oil" will be on glass inside of a lens on a sunny day.
