Vintage USSR Russian Military Soldier Hat with 3 Patches 25 Pins. Offered for sale is a very nice vintage Russian USSR Military Hat. I can't read the Russian that is in the hat, except for "1975" and "54". It seems to size "54" and manufactured in 1975. There are 3 patches on 1 side, and 25 military pins on the other side.
