Dated 1990 (One year before the fall of the Soviet Union). Features teal wool crown with red piping, gold braid chin strap, and metal Soviet cockade badge with red enamel star and hammer & sickle. Interior is fully lined and stamped "Zarnitsa Moscow 90" with size 57 marking.
